My Rosser Outfitters black bear hunt was a terrific experience. It was my first black bear hunt in Alaska, but will not be the last. Shay is very professional and worked hard to make my hunt a success. Food was great, service was great, so I am already signed up for 2025 and 2026. I saw lots of bears and in the end I took a big black bear that was just 3/8 of inch from being a B&C.

Rosser Outfitters is a really top notch operation. The owner works extremely hard to put the clients on active baits. We actually harvested our two bears within 2.5 hours. Afterwards we saw other bears that came in very close. My only regret was to not have bought a 3rd tag.
